These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 599bat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 599bat website located at 599bat.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and any other gambling or entertainment products offered by 599bat from time to time.

599bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, 599bat may suspend withdrawal rights or freeze account balances at its sole discretion.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 599bat platform. Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per residential address, per device, and per IP address. Any player found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of third-party identities — will have all associated accounts immediately suspended. All balances across all duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 599bat's sole discretion, and the player may be permanently barred from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. 599bat is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep account details current and accurate.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 599bat will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 599bat support immediately via live chat.

3.4 KYC Verification

599bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last 90 days);

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified players are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required. 599bat does not guarantee any specific processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or force majeure events.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request may be approved, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The player's account must be fully KYC-verified;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with the balance must be completed in full;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the player's available real-money balance;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 599bat account.

4.5 Currency and Fees

All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the 599bat platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 599bat does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk ("bonus hedging"), or coordinating with other players to farm bonus value — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 599bat reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

599bat reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided that no abuse has been detected.

By using the 599bat platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 599bat platform;
• Engage in collusion with other players or with any 599bat employee or agent to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploit errors, loopholes, or technical glitches in the platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed;
• Attempt to launder money or use the 599bat platform to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of payment ownership;
• Access the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise or misrepresent your true geographical location;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 599bat software or platform component;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 599bat support staff or other players in any communication channel.

Any breach of the obligations set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 599bat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before submitting a closure request, you are encouraged to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 599bat

599bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Evidence of underage gambling;
• Evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or money laundering;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the platform to do so;
• Any behaviour that 599bat, in its sole discretion, considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure (whether initiated by the player or by 599bat), your right to access the platform and all associated services ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately closed account (i.e., not closed due to fraud or breach) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 599bat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the 599bat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from a wagering decision made by the player;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Errors in game results caused by third-party game providers, subject to the platform applying reasonable commercial efforts to ensure accuracy;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or similar);
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on content published on the 599bat platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial commentary.

Where 599bat is found liable to a player for any reason, the total aggregate liability of 599bat to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 599bat account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the 599bat platform, including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the property of 599bat or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 599bat content without prior written permission.

8.2 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 599bat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
